Basic Function:

 

• To perform Duties related to organizational development and transformation, organizational design, staffing analysis and optimization in order to align system, processes and structures to achieve the vision, mission and strategic objective of the Company.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Equivalent.  

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience Human Recourses with emphasis on Organization Development, Succession Planning & Career Preferably in oil & gas industry.

• Excellent knowledge of ERP Application  preferably SAP

• Excellent Communication  Skills.
