Job Description
Duties to be performed
 
To provide support in the day-to-day operation of the assigned residential camp with emphasis on data recording and related clerical activities.
Assist the Accommodation Assistant and Senior Clerk in compiling records and data being collected on daily basis and the reporting of irregularities.
Attend to front desk activities, which include but not limited to, check-in and check-out of residents.
Maintain attendance sheets and time records of maintenance personnel and liaise with them if any emergency during off-duty hours.
Issue and recollect necessary items for Turnaround personal such as Bath Towel, Linen, bed sheet etc.
Perform regular walk-through to check progress of on-going activities and report accordingly.
Maintain separate data for Turnaround Manpower mobilisation and Demobilisation Approx.2500 Personnel
Check all mobilisation documents and prepare and allocate room as per agreed category
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualification and Experience Requirements
 
Completion of Technical Secondary education (12years) or equivalent.
Should be well versed with all MS office, MS word & Excel 
3 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry with solid experience handling staff accommodation related activities.
Good Communications Skills
Strong Personality, Team Working Skills
