Job Description
Duties Performed:
 
Process SAP database requirements which include: - Assign functional location/equipment numbers as required by various departments/projects. Maintain complete update of database for SAP with regard to equipment technical data, BOM, fault codes and equipment movements.
Create, modify and update Preventive Maintenance Routines for Maintenance, GTSD and Operations.
Provides Technical support in the scheduling and updating of maintenance work orders and backlog reports and in the raising of Purchase Requisition, Material Requisition and Reservations.
Assists in the formation of Sub-orders on existing work orders.
Input and update of equipment history including fault codes, attaching work reports for all departments in SAP database.
Technically complete work orders with status “CNF” for all TA works and coordinate with C&ID for closing the completed R&R jobs.
Develop reports that have been requested from sections within TAPD using list editing functions in SAP.
Provides support for Major Shutdown activities which includes update HR module for shutdown personnel, update work orders operation activity and closing of completed jobs etc.
Maintaining filing systems relating to various aspects of maintenance work.

Education Qualification and Experience Requirements
 
Bachelor Degree 
Working knowledge in SAP minimum 8 Years 
Through knowledge with certification Microsoft MS word & Excel
8-12 years’ experience in Data Entry in Oil gas industry 
Good Communications Skills
Strong Personality, Team Working Skills
